Instruction on the Installation and Trial Run of Concentrating Table

After the installation of the 6-S concentrating table, it should have a trial run with empty load for 2 hours and have examinations in the following items: whether the electromotor can work normally in the starting and running process; the contact condition of the spare parts and the abrasion condition of the frictional joint surface; whether there is abnormal noises or not and whether the lubrication is normal or not.

Before installing this machine, first concrete the foundation and bury the foundation bolts. In the installation process, pay attention to make sure that the centre of the engine base of the two slope adjusting machines whose radius is 360 mm and the centre of the linkage seat of the bed head is in the same plane; otherwise when the bed tilts, the abrasion of the copper sleeve will be faster, or the reciprocating lever may even break. When there is height difference between the linkage set and the hauling screw of the bed, it can be eliminated by adjusting the bolts under the shaking box.

When doing trial run of the 6-S shaking table, the running spring cannot be pressed too tight, but should be a little bit loose. Too tight spring will increase the abrasion and the power consumption, and flotation machine may crush the spring, but if the spring is too loose, the toggle plate may fall apart, which may damage the spare parts inside the box.

Pay attention to that whether the rotating direction of the belt wheel of the bed is in accordance with that is graphically marked or not, if not, timely fix it, otherwise, the oil pump may not work normally. Before starting the machine, all the screws must be tightened. As the geared oil pump is driven to run by the bent axle of the bed, the lubricating points have no grease for a short time after starting; for this reason, the lubricating points should first be sprinkled with thin oil to avoid the damage of the spare parts.
